Nerd Shertz Refund & Return Policy

At Nerd Shertz, every item is made just for you. Because our products are custom-designed and printed to order, we want to ensure you're happy with your purchase while also maintaining fair and reasonable policies.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design from what was ordered).

Defects or Production Errors

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item after verifying the issue. Photos of the product and packaging may be required to process your request.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or report a defect:

  1. Use Contact link on site within 10 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (except in the case of defects or errors)

  • Items returned after the 10-day window

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if required).
