ORDERS
How do I know my order was received?
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided during checkout. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin working on orders as quickly as possible, so contact us as soon as you realize something needs to be changed.
We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
If your order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once a package has been shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order.

Is Nerd Shertz an online store?
Yes. Nerd Shertz is an online retailer and does not currently operate a physical retail location.

Where do you ship?
Available shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Nerd Shertz may also offer free-shipping promotions. Any requirements or exclusions will be included with the promotion.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Many Nerd Shertz products are produced or prepared after an order is placed, so please allow time for both production and shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information after you receive the notification.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery location and with anyone else who may have accepted the package. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered shortly before the package actually arrives.
If you still can't locate it, contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. You can also contact us if you need additional order information.

What sizes do you offer?
Available sizes vary by product. Many of our tees are available in sizes S through 5XL.

How do I choose the right size?

Are your shirts unisex?

What are your shirts made from?
Materials can vary by product, color, and garment style. For example, many of our tees are 100% cotton, while some colors or specialty garments may use different fabric blends.

How are your designs printed?
Many Nerd Shertz designs are produced using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing.
DTF allows us to create detailed, vibrant graphics designed to hold up well when the garment is properly cared for.
How should I wash my Nerd Shertz apparel?
For the best results, we recommend:

Will the colors on my shirt look exactly like they do on my screen?
We work to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may look slightly different depending on your phone, computer monitor, screen settings, garment color, and the printing process.
RETURNS & ORDER PROBLEMS
What if there is a problem with my order?
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos when appropriate. That helps us review the issue and determine the best way to make it right.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Return and exchange eligibility may depend on the item and the circumstances.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

CUSTOM ORDERS
Does Nerd Shertz make custom shirts?
Yes! In addition to our Nerd Shertz collections, we can create custom apparel for individuals, businesses, organizations, events, groups, and special occasions.

Do you handle bulk orders?
Yes. We welcome bulk and group orders.
Whether you need apparel for a business, organization, school, family event, team, reunion, special event, or another group, contact us to discuss your project and quantity.
Can I provide my own design or logo?
Yes. If you already have artwork or a business logo, contact us about your project.
For the best print quality, high-resolution artwork is preferred. We’ll let you know if there are any issues with the file before production.
Can you print any image or logo I send you?
Not necessarily.
You must have permission or the appropriate rights to use copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected artwork, logos, characters, photographs, or other intellectual property submitted for a custom order.
Nerd Shertz reserves the right to decline artwork that we cannot legally or appropriately reproduce.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
How do discount codes work?
When a promotional code is required, enter it during checkout before completing your purchase.
Some Nerd Shertz promotions are applied automatically and won’t require a code.
Can I use more than one discount at a time?
Not all discounts or promotions can be combined. Any restrictions will be included with the specific offer.
I forgot to enter my discount code. Can it be added after I place my order?
Discount codes should be entered before completing checkout. We generally cannot guarantee that a promotional discount can be applied after an order has already been submitted.
