How to Measure
For the best comparison, grab a shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie that fits you well and lay it flat.
Width: Measure straight across the garment from armpit to armpit.
Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder near the collar straight down to the bottom hem.
Tip: These are garment measurements, not body measurements. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.

Which Size Should I Choose?
If you're unsure about your size, don't rely only on the size printed inside another shirt.
Take a similar garment you already own that fits the way you like, lay it flat, and compare its width and length to the measurements above.
For example, if your favorite T-shirt measures approximately 24 inches from armpit to armpit, an XL Unisex T-Shirt will provide the closest comparable width.
Remember that individual garments may have small manufacturing variations.
Prefer a Relaxed or Oversized Look?
Choose one size larger than your normal size for a roomier fit. For a more noticeably oversized look, you may want to go up two sizes.
